Which areas do you cover?
On-site service covers Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. We take on project work upcountry and have partner teams in those areas. Remote support is available nationwide.
Do you offer on-site support outside Bangkok?
Yes — either as scheduled visits at an agreed frequency, or on call for work that needs someone on site. Travel costs and terms for upcountry visits are stated clearly in the quotation.
